The Sony Cybershot DSC WX50 is a pocket camera that is packed with features. It has many of the most up to date functions including 3D and Full High Definition movies. More basic features include 16 megapixels and a 5x wide angle lens.
Sony have used a high speed CMOS sensor for the Cybershot DSC WX50. That opens up a range of possibilities that more standard digital cameras are unable to match. For example the Cybershot DSC WX50 has a burst mode that can capture still images at a rate of 10 frames per second.
The movie mode is advanced too. You are able to record Full 1080 High Definition movies. Image stabilisation is available for movie shooting as well as for still shots. You are also able to still take still photos when recording movie footage.
Other features include a 2.7 inch LCD screen. The Cybershot DSC WX50 is also able to produce photos where the background is thrown out of focus to accentuate your main subject. In addition there is a sweep panorama mode. You can use this mode to create a number of different type of panoramic shots.
To help you get the most out of the Cybershot DSC WX50 there is an in camera guide.
