Samsung Digimax NV15
The Samsung NV15 is a neat and tidy digital camera. Owing to its shape it may be a bit tricky to slip it into a pocket, but it is fairly small and compact. With 10 megapixels there is plenty of scope for making large prints or cropping images and still making smaller prints. There is a 3x optical zoom lens.
Samsung has built 20mb of memory into the camera. This is not a great deal to be working with for a 10 megapixel camera, so you will need to pick up a SD or SDHC card to go with the NV15. Power is supplied by a lithium ion battery.
You have three options for the shape of the photos you take. First is a 3 x 2 ratio. This is ideal for 6 x 4 inch prints. Next is a 16 x 9 ratio. This is ideal for playback on a widescreen television. The third ratio is 4 x 3. This can be used for playing back photos on a computer screen or traditional television.
