The Panasonic Lumix DMC TZ25 packs a wide range of features into a compact body size. It is this combination of features and camera size that makes cameras like this popular with anyone who is travelling.
Starting off with the more basic features the Lumix DMC TZ25 has 12 megapixels and a 16x zoom lens. The lens is able to capture wide scenes as well as more distant subjects. The LCD screen is 3 inches in size. For close up work there is a macro mode that can focus from 3cm away from your subject.
More advanced features include a set of manual exposure controls (Fully Manual, Aperture Priority, Shutter Priority). You can also save your favourite settings in one of two custom modes. The Lumix DMC TZ25 is capable of recording Full High Definition movies. You can also fire off high speed still photos with a burst mode that can shoot at a rate of 10 frames per second. This camera has a mode for creating 3D photos.
