Although the Panasonic DMC FS3 is the entry level model for Panasonic pocket sized, digital cameras. It still has a number of useful features when compared to cameras from other brands. This is an 8 megapixel model with a standard 3x optical zoom lens. It comes in four different colours: black, silver, blue and pink. So there should be a colour to match your needs.

The emphasis has been placed on ease of use. In order to help you take the best possible photos without having to do any more than press the shutter button Panasonic have built a special iA (intelligent Auto) mode into the DMC FS3. When this mode is selected the camera decides if image stabilisation is required, what ISO setting should be used, whether or not you are shooting a specific type of scene, how to focus and whether or not this is a portrait type shot to adjust for.
