The Panasonic Lumix DMC FS11 is small enough to slip into most pockets. Looking at the features it has built into it, it comes with a very reasonable price tag. To start with it has 14 megapixels and a 5x wide angle lens. The capacity of the lens can be increased if you are prepared to reduce the number of megapixels you take pictures at. As you decrease the megapixels more zoom progressively becomes available to a maximum 10.5x at 3 megapixels.
Panasonic has included a High Definition movie mode. You have the option to decrease movie quality back to standard definition if you would like to save on memory card space. The Lumix DMC FS11 also has image stabilisation built into the lens to help combat any blur caused by unsteady hands.
The 2.7 inch LCD screen has a High Angle mode. This comes in handy if you are in a crowd and need to hold the Lumix DMC FS11 above eyelevel to capture the scene. This special mode helps you to get a clearer view of the screen.
