It is slim enough to slip easily into a pocket and its gloss finish makes it into an attractive camera. As with many digital cameras you have a choice of colours as the MJU 1040 is available in black, silver, red and yellow.
When it comes to features this is a 10 megapixel camera with a 3x optical zoom lens. The emphasis is on simplicity and ease of use rather than packing in every bell and whistle. So although you will find features such as face detection focusing, a movie mode and a few other basic functions there are not too many other controls to find your way around. On the back of the camera is a good sized 2.7 inch LCD screen. The MJU 1040 is compatible with xD and Micro SD memory cards.
