The Olympus FE-4000 is a 12 megapixel digital camera with a 4x wide angle lens. The lens has a minimum focal length of 26mm when converted to 35mm format. This gives it a wider angle than almost all lenses you will find on compact digital cameras.

The FE-4000 is slimline and lightweight. It weighs only 106g without the memory card or battery and at 22.4mm wide you should have no problem slipping it into most pockets. For power Olympus has used a lithium ion battery. This helps to keep the size of the camera down. Both a battery and charger are supplied as standard.

Another big attraction is that the FE-4000 is very easy to use. Compared with the majority of digital cameras it has fewer features. This reduces the number of items in the menu and makes it easier to find the setting you are looking for. If all you are looking for is a simple point and shoot digital camera it also means you do not pay for features you will never use.

The FE-4000 comes in a choice of colours with dark grey, blue, sky blue, orange and pick versions available.
