The Nikon Coolpix S80 offers a touch controlled LCD screen. The screen is 3.5 inches in size. This is currently the largest screen size available on a compact digital camera.
Nikon have certainly gone the whole hog when it comes to touch control with the Coolpix S80. Other cameras usually have one or two buttons, but the Coolpix S80 hands over just about every function to touch control. Even zoom is controlled through the touch screen.

For portraits there is a special skin softening option. You can also try blink proof mode where the Coolpix S80 takes two consecutive photos to try to ensure nobody blinks in the shot.
