The Kodak Easyshare C190 is a straightforward, point and shoot digital camera. It has a standard set of features, although the 5x optical zoom lens gives you a bit of extra zoom power over and above most basic models. Power comes from two AA batteries and it really is a case of loading the batteries and you are ready to start taking pictures with the Easyshare C190.
Kodak has built 32mb of storage into the camera to get you started. With a maximum resolution of 12 megapixels you will soon need to switch over to a memory card. There is a standard definition movie mode, although the Easyshare C190 is capable of shooting High Definition still images for playback on a widescreen television. For close up work there is a macro mode that can focus from 10cm.
