The Fuji Finepix JZ200 is a simple pocket camera. Compared to other cameras with a similar specification and price tag it offers you extra zoom power through it 8x zoom lens. It has 16 megapixels.
The lens has wide angle capabilities in addition to being able to zoom in on more distant subjects. This gives you the flexibility to be able to capture wider scenes such as landscapes and architecture as well as those further away subjects.
With the Finepix JZ200, Fuji have placed the emphasis more on ease of use than on packing this camera out with the latest features. The features the Finepix JZ200 does have include a 3 inch LCD screen for composing your shots and accessing the menu system. It is also capable of capturing High Definition movies. Fuji have also equipped the camera with image stabilisation. For close up shots the Finepix JZ200 is able to focus from 5cm away.
