The Casio Exilim EX-Z90 is a 12 megapixel pocket sized digital camera. At 120g without a battery or memory card it is one of the more lightweight digital cameras. As is typical of this type of camera you should find it easy to use. It can be used as a fully automatic, point and shoot camera.
When it comes to features there are not a lot to really mark the Exilim EX-Z90 out from the crowd, but it does include a 720p, High Definition movie mode. If you plan to download movie clips to the Internet you may find the special YouTube mode comes in handy. Aside from that other features include a 3x optical zoom lens and a standard sized, 2.7 inch LCD screen. You can also use the Exilim EX-Z90 as a sound recorder.
Power is supplied by a lithium ion battery, with Casio estimating you should be able to take around 230 images in between charges. There is a small amount of memory built into the camera and the Exilim EX-Z90 is compatible with SD and SDHC memory cards.
For close up work the camera can focus from 10cm away from the subject when placed in macro mode.
