The Casio Exilim EX-Z100 is a standard point and shoot digital camera with a few novel features. It is available in six different colours: Pink, Brown, Gold Blue, Silver and Black. It has 10 megapixels and a 4x optical zoom lens. The lens has wide angle capabilities for shooting landscapes, groups of people and interiors etc.
Casio have incorporated some new and different technology into the Exilim EX-Z100. For example it can detect when you are holding the camera steady and all hand shake has stopped. At that point it will automatically fire off a picture. In a similar way it has a new method of producing self portraits. It waits until your face appears in the correct position in the frame and then takes a picture automatically. It can also fire off a shot when it detects someone is smiling.
The LCD screen is 2.7 inches in size and has a feature where you can display key settings down one side. This makes it easy to view and change the settings.
