Canon EOS 5D Mark III

The Canon EOS 5D Mark III is a professional level, 22 megapixel Digital SLR. It has a full frame sensor, advanced controls and is compatible with a wide range of Canon accessories.

In addition to the full frames sensor the EOS 5D Mark III is equipped with a full set of manual exposure controls. You can also store your most used or favourite settings in one of the three custom modes. This gives you fast access to commonly used settings and can be a big help when it comes to productivity.

Pinpoint focusing is catered for by the 61 point auto focus system. For working in lowlight situations the EOS 5D Mark III offers an ISO range between 100 and 25,600. This is expandable up to ISO 102,400. To achieve maximum detail in high contrast scenes Canon have equipped the EOS 5D Mark III with a High Dynamic Range mode. There is a burst mode that can operate at up to 6 frames per second for capturing action. The LCD screen is 3.2 inches in size.

If you are planning to use you Digital SLR for movie capture the EOS 5D Mark III has the ability to shoot Full High Definition movies with stereo sound. You can use manual exposure controls while shooting movies. To enhance sound quality there is a standard 3.5mm microphone socket and a headphone socket.

The body is built around a magnesium chassis and there is weather sealing to keep any moisture at bay.
