Sony DSC T700 Features
The Sony DSC T700 is a 10 megapixel digital camera with a 4x optical zoom. If you are prepared to shoot at a lower resolution then extra zoom becomes available. The maximum zoom is 22x. 2x digital zoom is a further option for increasing zoom.
The focal length of the lens is equivalent to 35 - 140mm in 35mm format.

LCD

The flash modes are: Auto, Forced Flash, Slow Synchro, No Flash. Red eye reduction is also available. The maximum flash range is 4.3m. This falls to 3.4m when the zoom lens is fully extended.
Scene Modes
There are a number of preset scene modes. These are: Twilight, Twilight portrait, Soft snap, Landscape, Beach, Snow, Fireworks, High speed shutter, High Sensitivity, Underwater and Gourmet.
Movies
The maximum movie resolution is 640 x 480 pixels. The top recording speed is 30 frames per second. Sound can be recorded and zoom can be applied while shooting is in progress.
