Samsung Digimax S760 Features
The Samsung Digimax S760 is a 7 megapixel camera. It has a 3x optical zoom lens. The focal length of the lens is equivalent to 38 - 114mm in 35mm format. 3x digital zoom is also available .

Focusing
For close up shots the Digimax S760 can focus from 10cm away from the subject. Face detection focusing is available too. This can help to produce sharper portrait shots.
LCD
The LCD screen is 2.4" in size. The screen is made up of around 230,000 pixels. There is no viewfinder.
Flash
The maximum range of the flash unit is 4m. This falls to 2.1m when the zoom is used. The flash modes are Auto, Auto & Red-eye reduction, Fill-in flash, Slow sync and Flash off.
Scene Modes
The scene modes available are: Children, Landscape, Close-up, Text, Sunset, Dawn, Backlight, Fireworks, Beach & Snow and Night.
Movies
Movies can be recorded with a maximum resolution of 640 x 480 pixels. The top recording speed is 30 frames per second. Sound can be recorded and zoom can be applied while shooting. Sound cuts out while you zoom in and out.
Advanced Features
Among the more advanced functions are exposure compensation (Multi, Spot, Face Detection), metering (Multi, Spot, Face Detection), white balance (Auto, Daylight, Cloudy, Fluorescent_H, Fluorescent_L, Tungsten, Custom) and ISO sensitivity (Auto, 80, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1000).
The Digimax S760 has a manual mode. This allows you to set shutter speeds in the range 8 - 1/2000 seconds and to switch the aperture f/2.8 - 8.4 (wide) f/5.2 - 15.3 (tele).
