Canon IXUS 105 Features
The Canon IXUS 105 is a 12 megapixel pocket camera. It has a 4x wide angle lens with a focal length equivalent to 28 - 112mm in 35mm format. 4x digital zoom is also available,
Other key features include a 2.7 inch LCD screen and image stabilisation. Standard definition movies are available too.

LCD
The LCD monitor is 2.7 inches in size. The screen is made up of around 230,000 dots.
Flash
The flash modes are: automatic, slow synchro, on and off. You can also apply red eye reduction. In addition flash exposure compensation and flash exposure lock are available.
The maximum flash range is 4.2. This falls to 2.4m when the zoom lens is fully extended.
Scene Modes
There are a number of preset scene modes. These are: Portrait, Night Snapshot, Kids & Pets, Indoor, FaceSelf-Timer, Low Light (2.0MP), Beach, Underwater, Foliage, Snow, Fireworks and Long Shutter.
Movies
The IXUS 105 can shoot Standard Definition movies with a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels. The top recording speed is 30 frames per second. Sound can be recorded. Optical zoom can be applied before shooting and digital zoom can be applied while shooting is in progress.
