Cameras.co.uk Club
Up until now the aim of Cameras.co.uk has been to help people find the right digital camera. I am thinking of expanding the site to help people make the most of their camera after they buy.
The aim of the Cameras.co.uk Club would simply be to help people take better photographs.
The club would include articles on various aspects of photography. These articles would be written with as little technical jargon as possible. They would aim to help you to improve your photography and would also tackle common problems. Articles would also cover different features a camera has and how using them can make a big difference to the photos you take.
Typical articles could include:
Taking portrait shots indoors
Capturing moving targets
Why are my photos blurred?
Why do cameras have problems in lowlight?
Taking better landscape photos
Photographing buildings
Ideas for photographing children
These are just a few ideas. Members of the club could suggest new articles. There would also be a place where people could ask their own questions. In addition there could be any area where you could upload photos for critique.
There would be an annual charge to be a member of the Cameras.co.uk Club. At the moment I am considering setting the price at £19.99 per year. You are welcome to give your feedback on this price!
It would be a big help to me if you could indicate whether or not you would be interested in joining the club. I am also trying to understand areas where people experience difficulty with there cameras. So if there are topics you would like to see covered then please let me know what they are.
If you are interested all you need to do is click the Yes I am interested button below. You can also leave suggestions for articles. There is also a space for your email address. This is optional. If you do leave your email address I will contact you when the club is ready to start. As someone who suffers from an avalanche of spam everyday it goes without saying that your email address will never be forwarded to a 3rd party.
Thank you for your help.
