The Sigma 24-70mm F2.8 EX DG Macro is a compact size with a total length of 94.7mm. This is primarily a wide angle lens with some zoom flexibility when used on a full frame Digital SLR. On a compact Digital SLR the lens will act more along the lines of a standard zoom lens.
